| "The hotel upgraded us to the club deluxe room without extra charge upon our arrival. The room is spacious enough with an extra bed for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. The buffet breakfast was good but always run out of glasses for juice. The swimming pool is equiped with a slide which my children love it. The location of the hotel is great with shopping centres neardby within walking distance. Overall the hotel is good and we will stay here again when we come to Singapore. " |

| "Hotel room and facilities was great.... but the service is should be better at this prices range.
It takes a while to check-in and takes even longer to check out.
I may stay again there but wont expect such a welcoming hospitality services as all the staff seem too busy doing other things." |

| "We stayed 2 nights at the Orchard Hotel Singapore. Finding the hotel adequate for our short stay. Clean & functional but small. Not a hotel for a special occassion but just somewhere to bunk down.
A couple of things we'd like to note about the hotel are,
1. The front desk staff aren't that welcoming, purely a transaction based exchange without nicety.
2. Twin room was rather compact, not much room for a couple of suitcases.
3. Experienced a leaking hand basin drain-pipe that was repaired quickly upon reporting it.
4. Room card required to operate elevator. Card failed once and a new card was issued to solve the problem." |

| "Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Aug 2008.Great location ,friendly service but it thats some time to check in.Could be a little more efficient.Superior rooms was small.I really like the design of the bathroom with a small round window looking through the bed.read a lot of complaint regarding this but I found it very interesting.(japanese design).Prices is a bit high compare to the standards/sizes of the room.Will stay here again if I don't have any option at the nearby hotel." |
