| "We had a wonderful time. The staff at the hotel were friendly and EXTRA accommodating. Check in and check out was smooth and stress free. The hotel would benefit by keeping the prices of food and drinks down a little but for those who can afford it, the Pan Pacific has a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you." |

| "Excellent!!!!! Superb hotel!!! Perfect stay!! We booked through Asiarooms as we have on previous trips to Singapore, very happy with service of Asiarooms, as usual. We got instant booking for 7 night stay, Asiarooms was able to secure us a good price once we extended one more night. First time to try Pan Pacific at Marina Bay. Our previous stays were always either at Meritus Mandarin or Raffles the Plaza (now Fairmont) - while Meritus Mandarin is no comparison to the two others, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacific! Fairmont has wonderful rooms (south tower), pools, restaurants (we've tried all of them) - Pan Pacific matches all these - AND MORE! - it's the personalized service of each individual person at the hotel that really makes the difference!! We booked a regular deluxe room, yet we were personally escorted to our rooms by check-in staff. Even if check-in time is at 3pm, we got our room instantly upon arrival, which was at noon. We were able to choose our floor and view from the room; we chose mid-level 12th fl, pool view - pool is wonderful by the way - our son enjoyed it too! (music underwater is a plus) She showed us how to work the curtains, minibar, coffee facilities.
The room was immaculately clean - as was the bathroom! - I'm so particular about this - and they really deliver on cleanliness! - they clean and vacum carpets everyday, scrub bathroom floors everyday as well. Housekeeping service is perfect. - They have a form for guests to fill up with your requirements in service during your stay - like schedule you prefer for change of bed linens, schedule you want for housekeeping service and turn downs, etc. -- you will never experience someone waking you in the morning to ask you if they can clean the room. They have many many people in the lobby area to assist you with anything and everything - all with very gracious smiles and personalities.
Concierge service is perfect! They recommend good shopping places (Ikea, great world city, vivo city), take care of all your needs like great places to go to for my 7-year old son (like wild wild wet, forrest adventure, etc) something different from the more usual tourist places. We extended again, one more night and could no longer book through Asiarooms - Pan Pacific matched our internet rates for the extra night!
Coming back from a day of shopping, there is always someone who greets you as you alight from your taxi and helps you with your bags and brings it straight to your room! The doormen are very gracious, when you go for a taxi, they make sure the driver knows exact destination, doormen really personify the Pan Pacific service. In-room dining is perfect as well, Pan Pacific has "Service One" for all your needs - service is really prompt and top! We had a perfect stay - I could never say this about any hotel before, -- the service really makes the difference - from top to bottom, even the little negligible nuances of things - the service they accord on everything really makes all the difference and IS really value for the money you pay. Plus, Pan Pacific is connected to wonderful shopping! - Suntek City, Marina Square, Millenia Walk, Citilink Mall - you can also walk to Raffles City, Esplanade; take the free shuttle to Funan It Mall. -This will always be our hotel in Singapore. I am Pan Pacific! (it's the by-line you see written on their nameplates)" |

| "The hotel was impressive and the facilities and locations excellent. The service was attentive. Our one serious disappointment was with the standard of room service, which was very far below in taste, presentation and quantity what we expect from a hotel of this standing. A big improvement is needed in that area if you want to see us back." |

Will definately stay again if i visit Singapore.
Will also recomend to family.
Could't fault hotel in any way whatsoever.

| "WHEN WE REQUESTED FOR A HOTEL TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT, WE WERE EXPECTING TO ONLY SEE SOMEONE FROM THE HOTEL UPON COLLECTION OF OUR LUGGAGES, NOT UPON STEPPING OUT OF THE AIRPLANE! NOW THAT REALLY MADE US EXTRA SPECIAL. AND WHEN WE GOT TO THE HOTEL, SOMEONE WAS ALREADY ON HAND TO LEAD US STRAIGHT TO OUR ROOM WITH ALL THE CHECKING-IN REQUIREMENTS ACCOMPLISHED IN THE COMFORTS OF THE ROOM. WE HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANHYTHING LIKE THIS KIND OF SERVICE BEFORE. " |

| " WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND THE FRIENDLY STAFF IN THE PAN PACIFIC
HOTEL. THERE WAS A LOVELY POOL AREA WITH SPA AND EXERCISE STUDIO. THERE WERE MANY DINING OPTIONS AVAILABLE, THOSE THAT WE USED WERE GREAT. THE PANARAMIC LIFTS BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE HOTEL HELPED TO SET OFF THE STUNNING LAYOUT OF THIS EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL. WE WOULD MAKE IT OUR FIRST CHOICE ON OUR NEXT VISIT TO SINGAPORE. " |
