| "THE PAN PACIFIC ORCHARD HAS BEEN OUR COMPANY'S PREFERED BUSINESS HOTEL EVER SINCE IT OPENED UP AS THE MERITUS NEGARA. AS AN EX SINGAPORE RESIDENT NOW LIVING IN kL I HAVE BEEN A REGULAR GUEST IN THE HOTEL FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS. HOWEVER DURING MY LAST STAY ON FEB10-12 2008 WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR ROOM AIRCON, NO MATTER HOW WE ADJUSTED IT, THE TEMPERATURE STAYED AT 16DEGREES C. OTHER THAN THAT WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THE ROOMS ARE OF AN ADEQUATE SIZE, THE STAFF IS EFFICIENT AND LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS IDEAL." |

| "We stayed here for 4 nights - Christmas Holiday! The location is excellent, just 3 minutes walk to Orchard Road. We got a Business Suite, price was expensive but understandable of peak period. Room is large especially the bathroom. The living room is cozy and comfortable. Staff and their services were good. However there were bit noisy of the upgrading work done. We enjoyed very much of its Pacific Club Breakfast, we ordered different breakfast everyday - japanese, chinese, indian, malay, continental. We had cocktail from 6 - 7:30pm, very delighted place to stay. But the room cleanliness was much doubt. Generally, I would say this is a nice hotel in Singapore!!" |

| "They were not have our room ready, even when we arrived 4 hours after check-in. They did not give us what we asked for, and they called me at 11:00 pm the next day to offer me a new room, just few hours before our check out time, which they knew it would be around 5:00 am the next day. " |

| "The hotel is ideally located for those wanting to shop on Orchard Road although a good 5 min walk to the MRT if you want to travel further afield.
I feel that you could get a higher quality hotel for a similar price.
Breakfast is very good value if included in price.
Pool area not as clean or as special as you would hope for Singapore. Would not stay here again as I feel there is better around at the same price." |

| "We had a great 2 night stopover from London going back to Australia at this hotel. It is very clean and the service was wonderful. A buffet breakfast was included in the price and we were waited on hand and foot. We recommend this hotel to anyone.

| "Have travelled extensively and have stayed at many hotels, and yet I was extremely pleased with what I found in this hotel. Great location, short walk from shopping. Nice room with a gorgeous bathroom. Great service; they let us checkin early, despite us having arrived at 7am! Biggest bonus- very reasonable price that we found from this website." |
