The hotel was quite a let down. For starters i had a room on the 11th floor with a balcony, only to find out that you couldn't open the doors. I then ordered a chicken club sandwich ad recieved a processed chicken thing, not very tasty. The bed was enormous and really the only good thing about the hotel. There was no mini bar and the bathroom was old and in need of some up-grading. Staff were very friendly, however the overall feel of the hotel was run down.

| "1.TV had a bad reception with very limited channels available.
2.No complimentary water was available.
3.The cost of water was 5 times the price of 7-11 store.
4. Restaurant's food was expensive with poor quality and only a few selections." |

| "All the staff were very helpful and I was able to take my room at 6am after arriving on early flight from Copenhagen. I had everything I needed and was able to see my good Singaporean friends who live nearby. It was them who had recommended the Paramount." |
