We were disappointed in the room for this stay, having already spent a stopover 2 months before, in which we had a magnificent, fully equipped two room suite for the same price. Not this time. The room was a good size, on the eighth floor and with a view of the city. The bed was large and comfortable, however, everything was very shabby and worn. Paint was peeling off in the bathroom, floor tiles missing and all the bathroom windows were old and rusting. Towels were small and thin . Just not good enough.I don't think anyone had stayed in the room for some time. We were happy to have had an early check in, but don't know why we were given such shabby accommodation. We have stayed at Paramount a few times previously, and always been satisfied. Now we will think again. Breakfast was included and quite good.

| "All the staff were very helpful and I was able to take my room at 6am after arriving on early flight from Copenhagen. I had everything I needed and was able to see my good Singaporean friends who live nearby. It was them who had recommended the Paramount." |
