| "A beautiful fresh hotel, gorgeous swimming & spa area.
Checkout time is 12 noon and the staff told me I was welcome back after checkout time to freshen up in the hotel spa/pool before departing to the airport later that night.
My only complaint was that the breakfast was greasy and did not match the standards of the rest of the hotel.
I would certainly stay there again." |

| "On the whole a decent hotel with a lovely pool area. The deluxe room was truly awful though and very poor value for money, especially considering that with the same chain we stayed in a much superior room at almost half the cost in KL. We complained and were upgraded to a superior room and this was much better and nearer the correct level for the price paid. Not the best location near to tourist attractions, but easy to get round on MRT or Taxi, however Singapore has gone down-hill since I was last there. Very expensive and a lot of the hawker & reasonably priced shopping areas have bee ruined in attempt to make them more tendy!" |

| "Stayed here for the second time. We found it very good value, good buffet breakfast, nice pool (maybe a few more sun loungers especially if it was busy) staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is good, with a bus stop just outside the hotel and directly opposite Arab Street where you can get some good local food. Would deffinately use this hotel again." |

| "A nice hotel in a good location (if you can do without an MRT stop nearby). Service was generally flawless and the facilities are very new. The pool area is quite nice. However, many rooms don't have much of a view here - the hotel isn't very high. " |

| "My wife, son (2 yrs old), and I stayed 3 nights, and thought the hotel was great. The staff were all very nice and helpful, and accommodated all our requests (including an electric outlet adapter for our USA devices). The room was good size, and had been refurbished in the past year or two. The pool was great, and had a separate section just for kids. The breakfast buffet was good, with a lot to choose from. About the only downside is the location, and that wasn’t even that big of a deal. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Burgis MRT station (and shopping around it). The weather was nice the whole time we were there, so walking was no big deal. I would definitely stay at the Parkroyal again." |
