Location ok , but the hotel a disgrace . Old and out of touch with other hotels in Singapore , when we arrived about 2pm they could not find our booking , then we eventually got our room , it wasn't the best , and the electric kettle didn,t work .Breakfast the food was stale as if its been sitting around for ages . When you are at reception , check out the swimming pool opposite , you can see swimmers from under the water and they can,t see you ! I would not recommend this hotel !

| "the peninsula excelsior singapore is very..very.. pooorrr... we are really absolutely very...very dispointed, with all from this hotel.
Room is not very good, the service is very suck.
and so noisy. i just telling to all people in the world, don't ever...ever you stay in this hotel.

| "This is a copy of our comments on hotel survey:-
Booking was for superior room - K.S. bed 175 AUD as on previous visit in June. That visit though brief was a pleasant experience. This time we were upgraded & charged 203 AUD for a deluxe room (not at our request). This was sub standard - with 2 small single beds, no clock, radio or bedside lights. TV remote so old the letters were worn off making it unusable.
The front desk were unable to rectify the situation other than to provide 2 rather unstable standard lamps.
We feel paying more for a lesser standard room is most unsatisfactory." |
