Pro's:
1.Staff very polite, helpful and friendly
2.Very Clean & Quiet
3.Overall service good
4.Security (personal safe in room & only guests can operate lifts with room key card)
Con's:
1. Room not ready..30 minutes unnecessary wait.
2. Poor location in terms of city sights, shopping, nightlife etc.....over 1KM walk to nearest Metro station (Novena)...however, taxis are readily available.
3. Room very very small....maybe uncomfortabe for some couples.
4. One restaurant....limited choice, plus breakfast may seem too basic for some and is served in the lounge bar area (WHY?)
In Summary, a clean, modern, quiet and safe hotel. A little over priced in terms of location and room size.
Staff and service are good, however, i would look to stay elsewhere on future visits.

| "I spent days sifting through reviews on asiarooms while trying to decide where to stay. finally after reading several positive coments on the quality hotel i booked myself a room. having now stayed there I can say that the room was more than adequate,extremely clean and tidy, the staff very welcoming , friendly and helpful. it is out of the cbd but this is what i wanted and travel by train , bus or taxi was easy and inexpensive. The buffet breakfast was extensive and full filling .If you are looking for a good keenly priced hotel than i do not hesitate to reccommend the quality" |

| "the only thing that is not good about this hotel is the breakfast. The food isnt up to hotel standard and i have stayed in alot of hotels and i think this is the worst.
Other than this, the room is good and clean though a bit small." |

| "Quality Hotel Singapore is a modern hotel, located within 100 m distance to two bus stops. The rooms are clean and well kept. The air condition is efficient and can be controlled by the customer. The staff is friendly. There is local style and English style breakfast." |

| "Although a bit distant from the centre of town, the Quality Hotel provided a comfortable stay in a good-sized, clean and well-maintained room. The hotel is close to many reasonable eating places and a small shopping mall with a supermarket. The staff were friendly and efficient and the buffet breakfast (included) was a good start to each day. Rapid travel to the CBD is available on the 145 bus or bus then MRT from Toa Payoh. This is a good hotel for families and budget travellers." |
