This is a good value for the quality of the hotel. The only negative is the location. It is not near to any of the shopping areas or the MRT. There is a bus stop outside the hotel, but you need to be familier with the routes. I used taxis, they are not expensive and even with the extra transprotation costs, it is still cheaper then staying at a comparable hotel near Orchard Road.
The room was decent size and very clean. Amenities included hair dryer, iron, and refridgerator. Room and bathroom were very clean. Staff is friendly and accomodating. There are several restaurants and convienience stores open all night within walking distance of the hotel. It is a generally quiet area. If in Singapore again, I would not hesitate to use this hotel.

| "I spent days sifting through reviews on asiarooms while trying to decide where to stay. finally after reading several positive coments on the quality hotel i booked myself a room. having now stayed there I can say that the room was more than adequate,extremely clean and tidy, the staff very welcoming , friendly and helpful. it is out of the cbd but this is what i wanted and travel by train , bus or taxi was easy and inexpensive. The buffet breakfast was extensive and full filling .If you are looking for a good keenly priced hotel than i do not hesitate to reccommend the quality" |

| "the only thing that is not good about this hotel is the breakfast. The food isnt up to hotel standard and i have stayed in alot of hotels and i think this is the worst.
Other than this, the room is good and clean though a bit small." |

| "Although a bit distant from the centre of town, the Quality Hotel provided a comfortable stay in a good-sized, clean and well-maintained room. The hotel is close to many reasonable eating places and a small shopping mall with a supermarket. The staff were friendly and efficient and the buffet breakfast (included) was a good start to each day. Rapid travel to the CBD is available on the 145 bus or bus then MRT from Toa Payoh. This is a good hotel for families and budget travellers." |
