| "Good hotel, decent service and good overall facilities. Nice rooms but bathrooms a bit on the small side. Very clean and bags of room in the public areas. It is a bit far away from the MRT about a 10 minute walk along Orchard Road which can be a bit of a pain when it's raining and boy can it rain in Singapore. In summary, good hotel but you can find one just as good but better located." |

staff. Everyone with whom we had contact, from the front desk to Capers restaurant did a terrific job and always capable to cater to all our needs. Thanks to you all, we are truly grateful.

| "The property is beautiful, scenic, and peaceful. The staff is pleasant and attentive.
The guest room is a bit old and in need of refurbishing. The bathroom is much too small. The gym facilities are quite average and could be expanded and upgraded.
Early morning attention at the front door with the bell staff needs improvement.
Otherwise, the property is very good.

| "We spent two nights in the hotel on the way to New Zealand. Initially we were greeted very well and the service we received continued in this fashion. We did not use all the facilities but what was there seemed very good. The food was extremely good with an intenational buffet on offer for breakfast and evening meal.The hotel is well placed for exploring Singapore with the Botanical Gardens and Orchard Road very close and accessible.We would definitely stay again." |
