Impressive lobby and central atrium which houses the elevators. Check in was efficient and we were upgraded to a suite. Room was as expected from a prestige hotel. Staff were always polite and responsive. Breakfast was good if a little over formal. Location was a little out of the way with no nearby MRT station, still taxis were cheap and easy to get. Would consider staying here again

| "Good hotel, decent service and good overall facilities. Nice rooms but bathrooms a bit on the small side. Very clean and bags of room in the public areas. It is a bit far away from the MRT about a 10 minute walk along Orchard Road which can be a bit of a pain when it's raining and boy can it rain in Singapore. In summary, good hotel but you can find one just as good but better located." |
