| "We had a room on the 9th floor with a view over the river. Room and bathroom very spacious. Everything was excellent. Pool was good, breakfast had a good variety and plenty of space both in and outdoors. The only blemish was that you could hear noises in the bathroom next door if the bathroom door was open. we stayed for a week and would stay there again." |

River location picturesque and near excellent riverside eateries(20 MINS) accessed by walking along the river embankment.Food very good with many choices to suit all tastes.Swimming pool very relaxing and well looked after. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel." |

| "We had a great stay in this hotel. It was close to all facilities. The rooms were very clean and well looked after. We ate breakfast in the restaurant each morning as this was included. Breakfast was good. There was a bit of confussion when we first arrived as we asked for an early check in because we arrived from Amsterdam at 8 in the morning. After some convincing they got the room ready by 12 noon, instead of 3 in the afternoon. Overall is was a great hotel. We would definately stay there again. " |

I most probabably would stay there again.
I found it ok to get around.
The room was very clean even though it was single beds
in the room .
I had a few hick ups the people up on the next floor above me the children where jumping up and down from about 9oclock untill 11.30 at night I did report them about 3times the management said they asked them to stop. so what could i do.
The second thing was the staff told my husband twice
i was not in that hotel as they had me down as my first name not my married name. He only got through to me as he new my friend where in the holel as well.
So he had to waste money and ring again .
The trird thing i got a five oclock wake up call and i asked them why they said i requested it. I said i did not then even 10 mim later the phone went again for the second wake up call.
The next morning i went to see the manager he said sorry and he new i was not happy.
The pool area was very niece and they had a small Gym.
The food was nice catered for every one.

| "Only 50% of the rooms are River View despite the name of the hotel. In my case, the room was street facing with a little bit of traffic noise. Staff was very friendly but lacking of English skills. They would have done everything for me if they just understood me. Most guests are Chinese. Nice breakfast buffet. Overall, a good and solid place, but nothing to write home about." |
