again:

Probably not
I was dissappointed to arrive at the hotel to a very offhand male person at recption.I found him less than friendly and not particularly interested in weary travellers. Our flight had left Colombo at 1am and is only a 4 hour flight plus some time change had us arriving at the hotel at 8am. We had to wait until 9.20 to get into a room. He did not offer us a cup of tea whilst we waited. I did offer to go up and help the cleaner clean our room. It seemed to me she was cleaning the smoking floor rather than the non-smoking. I was leaving Singapore early so I asked if we could split the breakfast coupons as we would not necessarily be eating at the same time. He refused. We then sat and waited in the reception which was far too cold and got very annoyed. Not until I went and sat at his desk did he suddenly manifest a room. yours Very dissapointed

"Good location but very noisy building with hard beds"

"Good hotell. Newly renovated. But you could hear the other guests in the other rooms. So the rooms are not so good isolated. But the location is okay."

"Location excellent. Reception very helpful and efficient. Pool disappointing with no accessable toilets and only cold showers and small changing area. Room clean but bathroom small and badly needing an update. Noisy renovations on floor above whilst we were there. Breakfast good but need more variety, we stayed 6 nights and there was little change in availability most mornings."

"Location wise very good! but the room a bit too old & renovation in progress(very noisy)!"

"The location is ideal for travellers. The City Hall Train station is a 10 min stroll. Lots of shopping and eatery places around. Since, the hotel was undergoing renovations, it was noisy. There was a slight smell in the hotel, which I attribute it to the renovation. Breakfast was good with variety, however, the same variety was served for the three days we stayed there, and was pretty cold. Overall, hotel is good if you use it only for sleeping, as LOCATION is GREAT. I would stay there again."
