| "A great hotel with a 100% no smoking policy. Great position, great rooms, helpful staff.
good breakfast included in our reservation (Asian, European and American choices).
This is the second time we have stayed here on the way back from a trip to Europe and it is a really good place to overcome the jetlag as well as get a bit of shopping done." |

| "Location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to to all shopping malls & public transit.
Glad to be upgraded to a Premier Room during my recent stay at the hotel. Room is clean and room service is excellent. Breakfast buffet is very generous and good selection.
Royal Plaza will be my choice of hotel during my next visit to Singapore." |

| "This is my 2nd stay at the hotel. Reason why I chose this hotel again was because of it's excellent location & value for money compared to some of the other hotels at Orchard Road. Also liked the fact that it's a total non-smoking hotel. Our room was upgraded to the premier floor the 2nd time we stayed there. Excellent services by the staff all round." |

| "This was the second time I stayed at the Royal Plaza.
I arrived early in the morning, about 1 AM. Service was prompt, checking in easy, I was upgraded, shown to the room and everything worked, including the free internet!
The breakfast buffet is very generous.
I find the hotel good value for money, certainly considering the location." |

| "This hotel should be rated as a good 4 star hotel not a 5 star. The only plus for us was the halal food that it offers otherwise I think the room rates were very high for its standard." |

| "While I may/may not ever rate a hotel as perfect, the Royal Plaza was certainly exceptional. The hotel has a large, beautiful lobby and the staff is ready to assist you immediately upon arrival. My room was large, clean and comfortable - as was the bathroom. The fridge/minibar is free and is restocked daily. The hotel is conveniently located right next to shopping, dining, entertainment and public transit. I will look to stay at Royal Plaza again when I return to Singapore." |
