| "While I may/may not ever rate a hotel as perfect, the Royal Plaza was certainly exceptional. The hotel has a large, beautiful lobby and the staff is ready to assist you immediately upon arrival. My room was large, clean and comfortable - as was the bathroom. The fridge/minibar is free and is restocked daily. The hotel is conveniently located right next to shopping, dining, entertainment and public transit. I will look to stay at Royal Plaza again when I return to Singapore." |

| "Had high hopes for this hotel, but it didn't meet my expectations. First impressions were good but the room was just ok. It was very dark and the view was of a multi storey car park. It was very cold even without aircon on. Complimentary mini bar was a bonus and the breakfast was fine, but it certainly wasn't a 5 star hotel in my opinion" |

| "Nice hotel, attentive staff. Conveniently located to Orchard Road and reasonably convenient (but not walking distance) to offices in the CBD. Has free mini-bar, slippers, robe, iron. Room has shower (not bath), nice bathroom fixtures, flat screen TV, comfortable bed, enough light at the desk. Room is clean and in good condition. Breakfast buffet is very good with many choices. Exterior building is not impressive looking but the lobby is very impressive. A local call cost me 10 cents, a very fair price. " |

| "I Liked this hotel. Entirely smoke free and with free wireless internet access. Good service and really handy fro the Singapore underground metro and for shopping. A good qulaity hotel serving a great breakfast. very helpful and friendly staff. Overall I am very happy to recommend this hotel." |

| "Perfect location. Very helpful and service minded staff. Concierge department were ever so helpful and service minded. Wonderful food. Had breakfast daily and also tried there varied evening dinner buffet. Would definitely return to this hotel." |

| "Great hotel with free wi-fi connection in rooms and free mini-bar replenished once a day. Being only a short walk to the Orchard Road shopping ditrict makes this hotel a great location. Nice, luxurios lobby and reception and the room makes this hotel a delight to stay in." |

| "Booked this hotel through asiarooms after much searching and glad i booked this place. Stayed there for 7 nights in December 2007. Great location just off Orchard Road and 5 mins walk to the Orchard station for the subway trains.
Check-in was smooth and they managed to give me all the requests that i made via asia rooms on booking. Only thing that would have been better would have been a late checkout since our flight was late evening but they alowed us till midday and then offered us changing facilities next to the swimming pool before we left.
Had deluxe room on 10th floor. Dont expect any great views but i knew about this before i booked. Room was ok size with good bed, table and chair, wardrobe with safe, wall mounted flat screen TV and bathroom had walk-in shower. Room also had free mini-bar replenished everyday but minimal amount of drinks (2 cans of beer, 3 cans of fizzy drinks and 2 bottles of water) but enough to quench your thirst after a day out. Complimentary newspaper was left everyday.
There is free wi-fi if you have your own computer. Business centre with 2 computers only allows you free 15 mins a day usage after which they charge you.
Had breakfast included which is a buffet style affair but enough there to keep you full. There are western as well as asian breakfasts on offer.
Main thing about the hotel was that it was Non-smoking which was great.
Overall great hotel in great location with good service.Definitely recommend." |
