| "My 10 year old daughter and I were travelling alone and my daughter said she felt like a princess.
Thank you for making her first experience of being out of Australia such a pleasure.
The hotel had a lovely boutique feel, but without the boutique hotel price.
It was our delight to stay there.
Location was fantastic too." |

| "Staff very friendly and hospitable but room size fairly cramped and curtains in room were stained with holes. Would call this hotel shabby chic. Dining room and service was excellent. Definite colonial feel to this hotel in an old part of Singapore. " |

| "The internet in the room was broken for 3 out of 7 days.
The hardwood floors were nice and old classic nature of the hotel was nice.
This is a great place to stay if plan on not being in your room too long.
Breakfast was hot but boring. The coffee was good.
The staff was very nice and tried their best." |

| "We enjoyed our stay at Sha Villa. Staff were great, they were keen to help in any way and we found them courteous and pleasant. We appreciated the building's character especially after having 2 weeks in conventional hotels. The only thing we thought would have added to the room would be a small fridge, though staff obliged us with ice whenever we needed it. Location was great to access Orchard Rd and the nearby train station was convenient. Overall a great place." |

My continental breakast was poor
Very friendly and service great. Intersteting building in need of some upgrade I'd say.

| "I arrived at 7am after an 11 hour flight from Europe and they gave me my room straight away rather than making me wait until the afternoon to check in. This was hugely appreciated as I was exhausted and it was pouring outside.
The room was clean and well kept and the service was excellent.
Two things I didn't like was the room didn't have a window or a clock." |

| "We paid for a double room and we were given a room with one single bed. Eventually they found a room with 2 single beds which were soft due to old matrices and unclean,it had a musty moldy smell. Only one sheet was provided. Shower recess moldy.Cleanliness overall was appalling room was very dusty, air conditioning was old and expelling a putrid odour.Television was with out remote and the picture quality is extremely poor. The included breakfast didn't have the selection offered on the menu, coffee was disgusting.
