We enjoyed our stay at Sha Villa. Staff were great, they were keen to help in any way and we found them courteous and pleasant. We appreciated the building's character especially after having 2 weeks in conventional hotels. The only thing we thought would have added to the room would be a small fridge, though staff obliged us with ice whenever we needed it. Location was great to access Orchard Rd and the nearby train station was convenient. Overall a great place.

| "The hotel is perfectly located, close to the Somerset MRT , just 4 minutes walking, and close to Orchard road.The hotel is clean though not modern. It has a kind of colonian style. The breakfast is good and well served. The Hotel is a bit noisy, however for a budget traveler this is the perfect solution.I surely recommend it. The internet is free." |

| "The hotel was okay and I would possibly consider staying again, the staff were really nice and the general service was good, however I feel that with a few changes the presentation of the hotel could be much improved.The foyer was a bit dingy, my heart sank as I entered the lift, the carpet was dirty and needs replacing urgently and the lift walls needed a good polish I was dreading seeing our room, however we found the room to be quite adequate.The location was good and central I would reccommend the hotel but with a warning that it is a bit dingy " |

| "this his a scandal that you propose this hotel as a good hotel. i have made many reservations with you and this is unacceptable.
the standard rooms have NO WINDOWS!!!! This is not feature on your web???
the hotel is old, not updated, when did they last time have the painting or cleaning done???
the furniture is very old and not appropriate to the rooms. The baths dirty, The curtains, thorned and very dirty!
WHAT IS MORE THE ROOMS ARE SO DIRTY, THAT THEIR IS NO EXCUSES FOR FILTHINESS!!!

| "Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location as its very close to the MRT and to Orchard Road shopping malls.
I would stay at this hotel again! and recommend to my friends.
Rooms clean and big for 2 ppl but the wardrobe is a bit small for families. Good size for couples and good price for budget travellers.
Breakfast is great and hot. They are generous on the amount so you will not be hungry till lunch time!

| "The hotel is good value for money and situated very close to Orchard Road. It is a training hotel, so the staff are trying really hard to impress you and their supervisors!
However we were very unimpressed by the checking out staff who failed to organise a taxi for us and left us with just 20 minutes to get to the airport." |
