| "We stayed at the Shangri La Valley Wing in March, for the second time, and received excellent sevice once again. When we arrived at the hotel we were told we had been upgraded to a suite. We were very surprised and delighted that we had been uprgaded to lovely rooms with a view of the pool and gardens.
The service as usual was excellent and the facilities and amenties were also up to our expectations.
We will definitely be staying at the Shangri La again.

| "Everything perfect as usual except the fact that when i checked in at about 6 pm on the executive floor , my room was not available ! The former customer had not check out leaving in luggages unpacked ! i had to spend a night in one "apartment" and could not unpack my luggages until the following day morning ! Not very convenient !
i have been nethertheless granted by 3 dinners at the "LINE" wih an excellent buffet !" |

| "My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed out stay at your hotel and would definitely stay again. We both felt very relaxed throughout our stay.
My only complaint would be the chairs for outside dining at the Line Restaurant do need to be replaced.

| "We stayed in the Horizon club deluxe suites and could not speak highly enough of hotel, service and staff. Breakfast was included in our room and it was fabulous. Loved the hotel." |

| "WE were upgraded into the Valley Wing, as they were remodeling our initial room. The staff and Service at this Hotel are excellent. It is a pleasant 10 minute walk to the cnr of Scotts Road and Orchard Road. This was our second stay at the Shangrilla, and we would consider staying again! Incendently, the Seafood Buffet at the Line Restaurant, is where ALL the LOCALS eat, as it has to be the BEST Value buffet anywhere, so it is best to book early! The pool area is ideal for ' just reading a book', and the pool staff are very attentive. The complimentary Moet & Chandon champagne served to guests in the lounge area after a hard Singapore Day was very much appreciated." |
