We stayed at the Shangri La Valley Wing in March, for the second time, and received excellent sevice once again. When we arrived at the hotel we were told we had been upgraded to a suite. We were very surprised and delighted that we had been uprgaded to lovely rooms with a view of the pool and gardens.
The service as usual was excellent and the facilities and amenties were also up to our expectations.
We will definitely be staying at the Shangri La again.

| "Everything perfect as usual except the fact that when i checked in at about 6 pm on the executive floor , my room was not available ! The former customer had not check out leaving in luggages unpacked ! i had to spend a night in one "apartment" and could not unpack my luggages until the following day morning ! Not very convenient !
i have been nethertheless granted by 3 dinners at the "LINE" wih an excellent buffet !" |

| "My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed out stay at your hotel and would definitely stay again. We both felt very relaxed throughout our stay.
My only complaint would be the chairs for outside dining at the Line Restaurant do need to be replaced.
