| "This was our second stay at the hotel and as with the first found it excellent value and the hotel well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and the location is fabulous with views across the South China Sea and its amada of boats. Would not hesitate to stay again." |

| "The Hotel structure is quite old and it needs some renovation. The house keeping service was not up to standard, leaving cleaning items behind and not cleaning the room properly.
Good food fresh at the restaurants and good service from the concierge desk." |

| "A pleasant hotel nicely situated in a quiet location. One of it's best fascilities is the provision of a courtesy bust service to town tree times an hour" |

| "We chose this hotel as it was not in the city and were not disappointed. They ran a free bus shuttle every 20 minutes to the underground station and from there you could be in the city quickly and cheaply. The hotel had lovely grounds and the pool was of a good size, everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was a little expensive but we prepared for that as we were told that Singapore was not a cheap place to go but what city is not!!! We booked a sea view room but were upgraded to the top floor so have a fab view. Staff were friendly and helpful I could not really find fault with this hotel ." |

| "Check in was slow and was given a room neither booked nor requested for.The error was corrected. The hotel faces the sea port and 'Sea View' meant looking at container ships and tankers.Lack of experience staff at the reception.Check out took ages and staff was not friendly.Overall very disappointed with this hotel.Better value at other hotel." |

| "Having stayed here twice within 12months we now realise that there is a vast difference between same category rooms depending on whether the room you are given has been refurbished or not but you still pay the same price!!On our second visit our room was very shabby compared to last time so this hotel will definitely not be on my list of reccommendations." |

| "This was our second stay in 10 years and the hotel has not changed, it could use a freshen up.
our room was adequate considering we had our 9 year old daughter this time, whom had to sleep on a sofa bed, which was fine. But I would not recommend a family of 4 stay in the same room. very squeezed.
room position seaveiw was great private landing, excellent night scenes.
Food was excellent, drinks are expensive particularly wine." |
