| "We found the staff at the Sheraton very helpful and friendly. The position is a little out of the way as it is so hot to walk in Singapore, but once in the Hotel it is worth it. They were renovating which was a pity, but it didn't affect us very much. The breakfast was excellent, first class. The room was large and the sheets on the bed really luxurious, Egyptian cotton I think. Would definately recommend this hotel. Good proximity to Newton Circus and the subway." |

| "I asked for a late check-out as we had a late night flight out of Singapore (11.55pm) with a check-out time of mid-day doesn't work too well. I was assured that we would be provided with facilities to change and get dressed, this turned out to be a toilet without shower facilities, yes a toilet. NOT the sort of treatment I've received in any hotel, anywhere in the world, ever." |

| "My daughter and I just returned from a six night stay in Singapore at the Sheraton Towers, March 26-April 1, 2006. We absolutely loved staying there. The location was great, quiet, a two minute or less walk to the MRT (subway).
Newton Circus Hawker Center , (outdoor food court) was a short walk away as well. It was a 15 to 20 minute ride to the airport, and it was easy and quick to
take a cab from the hotel . The room we had 621 was very nice, a king size bed with a fresh white duvet. We overlooked the lovely swimming pool which is located on the 5th floor, and gets sun most of the day. I looked at the gym and it looked very nice, and there was a sauna in the ladies locker room.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and you had your choice of down(feather) pillows or foam. There is a safe in the room, and a t.v. with remote control. Also there is a mini bar, and every evening they have turn down service and bring fresh ice, and clean towels. We had breakfast every morning and looked out at a beautiful waterfall and koi pond with lots of large, pretty fish. The buffet was from 6:30 until 10:30a.m. Lots of fresh fruit, cereals, eggs, smoked salmon, a variety of breads and pastries, and the juice lady. The juice lady would make you any kind of fresh juice you wanted, strawberry kiwi and banana, or papaya, pineapple, and orange etc., always smiling and pleasant. The cappacino, and latte or hot chocolate at breakfast was great too. The concierge Ishmael was
fabulous, so helpful and would make dinner reservations, reconfirm your flights
etc. All in all, I was totally delighted with the hotel. It was one subway stop from Orchard Rd., and I think four subway stops from Raffles Hotel and City Place Shopping Center. If I ever go back to Singapore I would definitely stay here again. THe price through Asiarooms was $132US including all taxes and service charges, and included the lovely buffet breakfast. I highly recommend the Sheraton Toweres in Singapore, and booking through Asiarooms." |

| "The room was immaculately clean and everything worked, lights, lamps, air conditioning and TV. The bedding and pillows are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is very small but well appointed and quite adequate." |
