| "For a three star hotel we were quite disappointed with it. It was very basic and sufficed for us mainly because we weren't there much. The staff weren't particularly willing to assist. We tried to order a taxi to get to the train but they absolutely refused to order it until we'd paid for it (even though we'd promised to have the cash to them). The staff could afford to be far more flexible and friendly. When we booked this room, several months before, they took our credit card details and promised that the money wouldn't come out of our credit card until we arrived but according to our credit card account, we prepaid for this booking THREE months before we arrived. Not impressed. The only real good thing about this hotel was the location - right near Orchard Road.

| "I travelled with two seniors and one has had a recent hip replacement. We basically stayed for a night in Singapore on transit only. We probably would have been be better off staying in the Airport terminal transit hotel for the numbers of hours that we stayed at this hotel.
The Supreme hotel has no private lane to drop passengers/luggages safely. We booked a room for three persons and the third person gets a potable bed , it was somewhat softer than what my back would liked.
The shower and washroom is fine. This hotel is old and needs a new paint job or facelift. Elevator going to the room is small by any hotel standard. Three of us barely gets in with backpacks/handbags.
Air condition performance was surprisingly adequate.
We checked out early morning to dine at the airport as there were hardly any food stalls nearby that opened at 7 am. The hotel service desk cannot or that not willing to get a taxi for us on the phone and instead ask us to flag taxis beside the curb. It took 5 minutes to get a taxi on that Sunday morning , not too bad. Again, loading passengers was done in the open with other cars /taxis zooming by.
If you prefer a little more services and style living,
you have to stay somewherelse.

| "The basic essentials for hyginic purposes are not there at all. The hotel deceptively closed to Orchard road , but really needs detour to reach the hotel.." |

| "The Hotel was very nice, it was clean & cleaned well everyday.
The only disppointting thing was the shower there was nota strong flow of water & hard to get the water at Just the right temperture.
But over all the stay was very good here.
Hotel staff very friendly & helpful.
It is also very close to the food courts.
And the price was good also.
