| "Great location right above the MRT Trainline (so cheap and efficient). Room was no overly large and could have had a small lounge. Bed was Excellent! However we had to plead to get a late checkout at 3pm. They said that it was full that day but then the receptionist if we payed US$100 we could have the room till 6pm! Go figure!" |

| "This was my first time staying at Swissotel Merchant with my family and friend, we loved the hotel and would stay there again. Location is great, staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and a good size. " |
