| "We stayed at this hotel on our honeymoon 18.5 years ago so wanted to stay there again. Had problems booking 3 nights as the Grand Prix was on the first night we arrived. However, got the 2nd and 3rd nights and had a Classic Harbour Room with a balcony perfectly overlooking the race track. Could see the Singapore Flyer, the merlion and the theatres on the bay.
Check in was busy due to all the F1 people checking out but a hostess came and took us around to some counters in the back area. We were able to check in a bit earlier than expected. Our room was large - the largest room we had all trip. Breakfast was included and was an excellent spread in Cafe Swiss.
There is a shopping centre located next to the hotel and you don't have to go outside to access it, or to access nearby Suntec City. I believe there are 4 shopping centres all connected by underground malls but we only had time to see Suntec City.
The underground rail system is directly next to/under the hotel too, so it is very convenient. We didn't use it this time but I remember last time we went it was very convenient." |

| "My sister & I stayed for three nights for a shopping spree.
My father sponsored our holiday & stayed in a seperate room. Our room was #768 & had no outlook at all. We could not appreciate the vista that most rooms would have had, including my father's on the same floor.
I felt both rooms, described on our confirmations as DELUXE should have offered better outlooks.
We were travelling with friends who booked DELUXE rooms with ASIAROOMS. They were accommodated on the 20th floor with much superior views.
We are very disappointed with this hotel as my father who in the past has frequently stayed there,had lead us to believe that our accommodation would be the highlight of our visit to Singapore.
Breakfast was great !

| "Room was clean and of a good size. Bathroom was mediocre at best. Position of the hotel is excellent being on top of a shopping mall and an underground station with the ability to travel most places quickly and efficiently. The service from the front desk was very poor, unhelpful and actually rude. We had to queue for over 20 minutes to just check-out of the room due to their inefficiency." |

| "We have a very nice stay in Singapore. Hotel staffs are very help. My only comment is there is no internet facilities in the hotel foyer as nowadays, not everyone is carrying a computer thru custom as it is very security conscious.
