We have stayed at the Swissotel on at least 6 other occasions. Each time we stay the service slips just a little more. The rooms we were allocated on this occasion were disgusting. The rooms all need to be refurbished. We were allocated corner rooms with no view and a bad lay out.
The only reason we stay here is for the location and the great shopping underneath.
We may have to try somewhere else next time.

| "Room was clean and of a good size. Bathroom was mediocre at best. Position of the hotel is excellent being on top of a shopping mall and an underground station with the ability to travel most places quickly and efficiently. The service from the front desk was very poor, unhelpful and actually rude. We had to queue for over 20 minutes to just check-out of the room due to their inefficiency." |

| "We have a very nice stay in Singapore. Hotel staffs are very help. My only comment is there is no internet facilities in the hotel foyer as nowadays, not everyone is carrying a computer thru custom as it is very security conscious.

| "Compare to the rate and stars, I think Swissotel needs to improve the facilities, especially in the room. I stayed at room 864, and got not good view, it was better if they offered me good view (city/town, since that was my first time stay in there. Thanks" |

| "Friendly staff, outstanding location close to Marina Bay with good view. All major sights (p.ex. Chinatown, Merlion, Singapore Flyer) in walking distance. Very good Club Lounge. Very good breakfast buffet in Swiss Cafe (incl. western and easter delights)." |
