| "Room could be better. No air in the room, the air in the room is stifling. Also some of the non smoking room, smells smokey. Very noise with the automatic closing doors, and cleaning staff is also noise in the morning.
Quite ok hotel, perfect location to Orchard road, 5 min walk. Nice breakfast." |

| "good location if you are into shopping.quick checking in, friendly staff at the desk. My only critisism was not being very generous with the bottled water that the hotel can provide if they want to. I once asked the cleaning lady if I could have one extra bottle for my toddler and to my surprise she bluntly refused. Good breakfast, nice lobby atmosphere I noticed a lot of elderly people. have a good stay." |

| "Traders Hotel is in a good positon for those wanting to shop etc in the Orchard Road precent. The hotel offers excellent services including a guest relaxation area for those who have checked out of their rooms and waiting to leave for the airport. (This also applies to early arrivals waiting for a room to be availalbe.) The swimming pool is a free form pool on Level 4 and is well designed.
The one thing that detracts from the hotel is that the room sizes are quite small, but in all other respects it is of a very high standard, which is relected in the tariff/rack rate.
The buffet breakfast is superb but should be booked through the internet as the prepaid package rate is much less than the hotel rate (currently SND $34+)
We this was our second stay at the hotel and we were generally quite satisfied. We normally stay at another hotel near the river but this was being renovated at the time and our next stay will be at that hotel." |

| "The hotel is located just 5 minutes away from Orchard Road. If you want to visit any place, there's always a taxi ready at the entrance. The hotel is quiet and very clean. The pool area is nice, ideal place to relax after a day around Singapore. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom which is extremly small." |

| "Our stay at Trader'S Hotel complimented our exciting and marvelous experience with the kids at Singapore.
For other people who considers accommodation as a place to just pass for the night, on our part, we give importance to the place we rest and sleep, that's why we decided to take traders hotel, knowing it's part of the Shangrila Group. We know the service and attention to detail emphasized on their hotels where we usually stay on our weekend overnights here in the Philippines.
However, our regret is that when we arrived 12:30AM early morning, we were surprised that we would be given a smoking room instead of the non-smoking we had earlier requested. It is my understanding that there was no other room but a smoking room would be given to us and as a consolation, our accommodation was upgraded to apartment suite. We took it because the three kids with me needed to sleep and rest right away. On that night, they had sprayed something to mask the smell of the smoking room but the days that follow, obviously the scent of the smoke eventually came out. I did not complain and request for transfer anymore.

| "This Hotel is a little tired in its room decor and it is not being centrally located in Singapore. But it management has gone out of its way to please its guests. Our room service, the Breakfast and Evening buffet in the same facility were both excellent.The poolside hoy restaurant food was good but the quantities we too large for senior guests. The hotel staff politeness throughout was exceptional.We used the poolside and its support facilities such as food, changing room, sauna, steam room and jaccusi.
The truth is we cannot wait to return again and we will tell our friends about it. " |

| "We had a very nice stay at Traders Singapore with a good sevice from all staff. If we have to mention one high light it is Traders Buffet breakfast which is the best in our 3 weeks tour to South East Asia.
The central location for shopping is great." |

| "Having done the research, the hotel was as we expected, breakfast probably better than we expected, rooms small but we knew this. Shuttle to Orchard road useful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Felt quite secure. Everything we needed was there.
Found hotels generally in Singapore more expensive than expected and whether we would stay again would depend on what rate we secured." |

| "Airport transfer, prebooked, was the best way to start our break in Singapore, especially late at night, it was also the way to finish.
The arrangement for a late check out was extreemly helpful as our flight was not until late evening.
Everyone was helpful and friendly and we cannot fault the Hotel in any way. Thank you " |
