| "Overall hotel ambience was good but room & bathroom size was tooooo small as compared to deluxe room price. They have to improve their room service I had a very bad experience with room service & same has been communcated to hotel incharge during my stay. Room wasn't properly cleaned & one day I have to sit at the swiming pool with family so that they can clean my room at 1230hrs at night. One mid night, I have to ask for mosquotoes hit becuase bathroom wasn't cleaned. " |

| "Overall the hotel and facilities were excellent. Location at the top end of Orchard Road made it fairly central for shopping and good supply of taxis. Pool and Spa area were very relaxing and well located. Bathroom was small but functional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return." |

| "This hotel is a very good value for money at discounted rates through an agent. The price might be too steep directly buying rooms from the hotel directly.
The service at this hotel is outstanding by staff of all levels - from maintenance personnel, passing through bell boys and chamber maids, to the top dog manager-.
I spent one afternoon at the club floor by invitation of a colleague. It was really good. I do not have enough information to comment at top club member level, but the little I witnessed, the business traveller is well taken care of.
This is one great hotel worthwhile returning again and again.
