| "The Hotel was very good in every respect. Rooms clean and tidy. Front of house and business staff all very helpful and pleasent with it. We did enjoy our stay in Singapore very much (Changed somewhat since my last visit in 1968) Maybe we will come again for a longer holiday in 2010/11 when most of the constuction work we saw will be completed. Congratulation to Singapore on the staging of the F1 Grand Prix." |

| "Staff were helpful taxis were always available
Housekeeping were very slow the slowest Ive encountered in any hotel in Singapore.
Breakfast was good.
a special thank you goes to Ms Mendez for her friut and chocalates when I had a complaint about the room service.
a long walk to Orchard road but the location was great as there is far too much construction going on in the Orchard road area." |

| "Overall hotel ambience was good but room & bathroom size was tooooo small as compared to deluxe room price. They have to improve their room service I had a very bad experience with room service & same has been communcated to hotel incharge during my stay. Room wasn't properly cleaned & one day I have to sit at the swiming pool with family so that they can clean my room at 1230hrs at night. One mid night, I have to ask for mosquotoes hit becuase bathroom wasn't cleaned. " |
