hotel was very very nice, really clean and such nice staff, breakfast was included in my deal and wow was totally worth it, it was buffet and really had something for everyone, it was so close to the main shopping street which i liked alot, i mean it was 4 mins walk, room cleaned daily, room service any time of night, laundry service is a bit pricey but loads down the town, altogether just a wonderful stay,

| "Had to change rooms due to heavy paint smell form renovations and the toilet kept backing up. The staff however, did try to resolve the problems in a prompt manner.
The hotel is in a very central location to shopping on Orchard and 2 minute walk from Mt. Elzibeth Hospital.

| "It was very convenient to Mt Elizabeth where my husband and I had to visit everyday. Our first room smelled so bad from the renovation from the floor below the staff moved us as soon as another room was made available. Apparently all the rooms have the same color and decor and no pictures which is boring but it was clean and nice size. If the breakfast was better quality and tastier I would have no problem staying here again. The staff were generally friendly. It is a no nonsense, no frills hotel within easy walk of Orchard Road and the MRT. " |
