Basically a budget hotel. For the amount you pay, it's an okay place. Don't expect too much and you will be ok with the place. Mediocre but at the price you pay, it's hard to complain.

| "Good correlation "quality-price". Clean, comfortable.
The huge plus is location.
We disliked the Internet rates and the next customer service problem:
we booked the room before online, and upon arrival was surprised with the different room type - 2 beds instead 1 queen size. We complained but received misunderstanding in response.
The other aspects were OK." |

| "Nice hotel. Hotels in the city center are expensive, this is a good alternative as you are looking for a hotel near Orchard Road. It is near the MRT station Dhoby Ghaut, just a few minutes walk. The hotel is between Orchard Road and the hill of Fort Canning. If you want, you can even walk around the hill of Fort Canning to the Singapore River, f.e. to Clarke Quay. Hotels in Singapore are not very cheap, but this hotel is not as expensive as the hotels directly at Orchard Road. We had been here before and maybe we will go to this hotel again. The hotel is OK and the location is OK, so if you can book this hotel for a good price, this is a serious option. I recommend it." |

| "This hotel is certainly good value for money and has a great location. You get what you pay for, so its not the Hilton but is clean and tidy and has what you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only suggestion for improvement would be the cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved. " |

| "Service adequate. Room was clean and a reasonable size. Unfortunately the Airconditioner was very noisy. Bathroom slightly on the small side, but clean. Good size swimming pool. Location right near Orchard Road, once we found the shortcut through the next door building/office block, where you could take the lift and arrive on Orchard Road. Given accommodation is expensive in Singapore this was reasonable value for money. " |
