Lux Hotel Banska Bystrica was built in 1970. The lobby is large in size and has a good seating area. Featuring plants and woden furniture, the reception area is pleasnat, although the reception desk itself is quite small and located in a corner.
A large grey concrete structure, the hotel looks similar to a 1960s office building. The hotel name and a large coca cola sign on the roof make it identifiable from a distance.
