| "Its excellent hotel for families, located in the downtown, 10 minutes from water front VA, and 20 minutes from table mountin.
the staff is excellent, its an excellnt choice for family with childerens." |

| "1.I ordered the hotel transportation from airport to the hotel in advence by E-mail & call.( It was not free. It costs R300.)But it was not provided by mistake of the hotel. I had to take a taxi. They apologized me about the mistake and povided the trnsportation from the hotel to airport.
The data of my reservation was left on line.
It seemed the mistake which they simplly forgot.
2.3 lights in my room were out.
