| "The staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. When our tour group was late, they phoned to make sure they were coming. They also offered to go purchase a phone card for us so we wouldn't have to go run around for it. The location is good, walking distance to Long street. Inexpensive taxi ride to the waterfront. Some rooms and floors are nicer than others. Our stay on the 12th floor was fine, but another stay on the 10th floor had an odor. Rooms are old but clean. Breakfast buffet is good, hot meats, eggs, even stir fried noodles. All are constatnly replenished." |

| "City centre Hotel not really suitalble for tourist as area at night is tottaly deserted , must travel by taxi though cheap really inconvenient.took two days to sort out adaptor for electrics hotel could not help even though we had word wide adaptors (NOT SIUTABLE IN SA )Required late check out this again caused a problem eventually sorted but only with demanding and stamping of feet. Would not class this hotel in any way 4*. Breakfast every morning was cold heat tray not doing its job, plates also. Carparking is a joke 6Klms was put on my car one night (just to park car ,are they insured to park cars ?)Didnt spoil holiday" |

| "The location was perfect for the city center and was very safe. I found the service to be good and helpful. The breakfast was also good and the service very efficient.
I did enjoy my stay and will recommend this hotel to anybody going to Cape town." |
