Balmoral Hotel Durban was built in 1936. An excellent hotel in the 4*category and in Durban's very best location. The level of service at the Balmoral hotel Durban is excellent and the terrace is one of Durban's best places to watch the sunset. The lobby is medium in size and open plan, it has a dark wood reception area, marble floor and incorporates a small seating area for guests comfort.
Although recently renovated the hotel has retained its traditional facade, it is a white 3 storey building that is over 100 years old. Architecturally one of the finest buildings on the ocean front.
