| "The room was a nice size. Staff was extremely friendly. No room service was avaialable. Only one small lounge for a small breakfast or lounging without many chioces for food. Not located near the beach. It took us 3000 won daily to get to exciting beach areas for swiming. Hotel was cool in the rooms but hot in the hallways. Possibly a money saving technique due to increased energy prices. No hotel bar that I could find other than the small lounge that served a limited amount of aqua vitae. Lobby was cold and sterile. I had to beg for an iron and iron board due to limited quanties. Request it upon check in if you're going to need it. They did finally locate one for me. Sine qua non, the price was great and the rest was good. Be prepared to travel to the busy night spots and resturants." |

| "Lack character, didn't realise how far it was from both the main International Port ferry terminal and train station until we got there.
Our only reason to stay there for the second time because we had to pick up our luggage left there on our way back from Japan via hydrofoil.
Was surprise they were having a full-on, sit down protest in the lobby with very tensed, angry (apparently unhappy shareholders of the hotel)crowd of about 30 people or so when we got back.
It is South Korea afterall......hooray for free speech but they are generally a frustrated nation.
Someone should sack the bathroom designer of this hotel tho'.....it tended to flood every single shower session." |

| "Bexco Centum hotel is a delightful location in the growing international business area of Haeundae beach. The hotel facilities are excellent and location is convenient to BEXCO and the subway. A couple of improvements suggested :
-the power and lights in the room did not work properly
-the wait for downward elevators was excessive during peak periods (10 - 15 minutes on occassion)
-please explain to westerners that the shower water is supposed to go all over the bathroom floor
The staff was most helpful. " |
