Stayed at this hotel for one night for a business trip. Found my room to be small and the carpet dirty. However, room was well stocked with toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, snacks, and drinks. Found the bed to be somewhat comfortable but overall my room inside is old and could use some renovation work.

"Whilst my first step into the room, a great smoking smell was entered my nose. And I have ever seen such a low level of wash basin that every time I have to bent 90degree to wash face and hand."

"I rented a single room: one bed, one small frige stocked with one bottle of water, barely enough room to walk after setting down the luggage bag, washroom was dirty with cracks and no curtain. walls were scuffed and scratched, paint falling off. noise from the basement club rattling my room even at the 10th floor. location is terrible. if you are in a budget, you may consider Kukje, but still not worth the money. if you are an adventurous type and want to stay for a night... i recommend a motel down the street. bar/buffet/lounge/etc were closed throughout the weekend. service was decent, but english was very poor. if i HAVE to give it a star, i give it one out of five."

"This hotel is a basic three star place; it's main selling point is excellent location - all parts of the city are accessible from here and it's 3 minutes walk from a subway station. The hotel itself is adequate, the room is clean, the bathroom also clean but very plastic and basic. The coffee shop is a bit moth-eaten and very over-priced for what it is. Service is friendly enough. There is a pretty good sauna, again it isn't cheap but provides a good service. Overall this place is tired and could do with a refurb, but if you don't want to break the bank and are happy with clean and basic it's a perfectly good base from which to explore Busan."
