| "My wife and I stayed at the Busan Beach Tourist Hotel week and half ago for one night. While I basically liked the hotel and price, perhaps one of the things that most stands out about the hotel is its location, which is not really convenient if you're planning on being on foot. It's quite a walk from Jalgalchi station, the nearest station. Also, during that walk, there are not really places to eat or things to see (though there is one street market on the way). We ended up taking a taxi to Jalgalchi station each time, which was about 2000 won one way-- very cheap and definitely the way to go. While, it's very close to the main road, a left turn and then 100 meters down or so by some fish packing plants, it would be advisable to get the hotel card from the hotel which shows its location on a small map -- very helpful for taxi drivers. We found half of them did not know the hotel.
Otherwise, our room had a nice view of the water and the bridge, a computer with internet in the room, all drinks from the refrigerator for free (a few bottles of water and soda), and a bounty of free shampoo and other bathing products. We were on the 5th floor, and it was basically quiet. We had a deluxe, seaside room -- probably worth whatever you'd spend on it.
So, I really liked the hotel. The location is by far the biggest drawback." |

| "The hotel is situated right behind the harbour wall next to the fishing industry buildings. It only takes 5 minutes by taxi to get into the main shopping and night life area of Nampodong. There are lots of taxi's about and they are very cheap too, many times cheaper then the underground or bus. The guys in the reception wrote a note on a piece of paper with the directions how to get to the hotel which we always showed to the taxi driver. It was a very good idea and we had no problems.
Our rooms were big and nicely furnished, with a balcony over looking the harbour and harbour bridge which has a lovely light display at night time, until 10pm. The bathrooms were clean too. Some of the staff spoke English, others understood what we wanted and every one was very helpful.
When you visit Busan to see some thing from the area, then I can recommend the hotel. Busan tower is near by in the Nampodong area and the view from the top of the tower over the town is fantastic. Access to the underground is also close by which brings you to all the main beaches and also to the temples. I can recommend the Beomosa Temple in the mountains. Jagalchi Fish Market, is a fantastic experience with all sorts of different types of fish.
Yes, the hotel is tucked away and perhaps difficult to find but well worth a stay. " |

| "if you plan to stay near the busan station it's a great deal, it was hard to find, best way is to try to catch a cab that knows how to get their to the hotel. our cab guy called the hotel and ask for directions. the hotel is not on the beach it has a view of the harbor instead and they set it up for how a couple would like on vacation." |

| "Great place, beautiful rooms - a little remotely situated but breathtaking balcony view; adjacent fishing industries interesting to watch but also noisy at times. That stay was a definite high for us." |
