| "This hotel was excellent. You have beautiful views of the city and/or the beach. It is quite far form Busan station so I recommend it if you are staying more that one night. Note that the hotel is in/on a shopping centre. The facilities were great and hotel staff were extremely helpful and informative. My family really liked this hotel.
Beware that putting the shower nozzle in the top fixture will result in the bathroom being flooded! :)" |

| "Hotel location is difficult to locate if driving a car due to the store located below the hotel. Hotel desk very helpful and parking attendants friendly and proficient. The internet cafe was a bonus for business work. Overall, a good stay." |

| "Overall this hotel is quite good. Location is convenient with a shopping centre just below the hotel and train station nearby. However, from the airport to the hotel, be prepared to walk a distance if you are taking the airport bus as the bus do not stop at the hotel but at the train station. If you are carrying a huge luggage, you may want to consider taking the taxi." |

| "The location is quite convenient as it is situated within walking distance to the Haeundae Subway Station. The counter staff could speak relatively good English so that was a great help." |

| "The room was very clean. The facilities were good enough for a short stay. The views from the room were very good. It is situated in a convenient part of town, close to shops and the beach. The staff spoke English and were friendly. " |

| "We were able to be given a balcony room for a small extra charge and this gave us a view over the beach area. The room was large enough for our family of 3 and whilst there was some communication difficulties, the staff made every effort to meet our needs. Definately value for money." |

| "We are a budget traveling family and appreciated the good location to beach, shopping and subway. A couple of notes from our 4 day stay:
*the shower curtain rods were awkward and they needed to come fix in one room. the other looked like it had been fixed before.
*INTERNET room was wonderful and appreciated
*we wanted to use an iron and were disappointed when we were told they were not available
*the front desk help was polite but didn't speak much English
We will stay there again when we go to Pusan. (But we'll bring a travel iron.)" |

| "This hotel was definitely better than I expected. The room was spacious and clean. The location wasn't perfect, but almost. It's only a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The service was friendly, helpful and efficient. And an extra bonus was that the staff can speak English. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It's a great value for the price." |
