We were able to be given a balcony room for a small extra charge and this gave us a view over the beach area. The room was large enough for our family of 3 and whilst there was some communication difficulties, the staff made every effort to meet our needs. Definately value for money.

| "A very nice place. Very close to the beach and to the subway. The room was big and pleasantly furnished, with a coffee table and two chairs in front of the window. The mountain view which we had was fantastic. I am not sure the sea view on the other side was so good, a piece of sea between hotels. Very helpful staff, plus they provide free coffee in the morning, and free bus excursions. There is a business center on the last floor with free internet. Though it was not announced, the wireless connection covers some of the rooms too. " |

| "The room is very good. We really appreciate the Free Internet facility that has been made available for the guests. The location is very good and near to the BEXCO convention center. The rates at the face value Us $100 + are a bit in higher side. However the offer we got from AsiaRooms is fine and within our budget on twin sharing.

| "The hotel was in a good location, about a 3 minute walk to the beach. It was located above a department store. The room temperature was very warm. The thermostat was controlled by the front desk. We had to "Beg" the front desk about every 2 hours to turn on the Air Conditioner, they would only turn it on about every four hours, for a very short time. Hotel had almost NO facilities. Good hotel for a budget traveler. If your going to relax and take the family to the beach, spend the extra money and get a better hotel." |

| "Hotel location was convenient in regards to Haeundae Beach, however it is quite a travel from Busan Train Station. Room was very hot, and no air conditioner was felt. Front Desk was contacted, and we were told the air conditioning was broken. After dinner, we stopped by the front desk and inquired about the air conditioning again. They said that the air conditioning would be on for 2 hours and off for 1 hour. However this did not happen and the room was extremely hot. At the end of a two night stay, this was still not rectified." |
