"The location is perfect for shoping and exploring the city of Pusan. The room was a little small but the view is breathtaking, so beutiful I had to sleep with the curtains open, that is if you enjoy the city view at night. The price is fair but if you are on a budget this is not the place. It will be hard to stay away from the casino and stores. "

"I am a business traveller. If you can get a a room at discounted rate the lotte hotel busan is quite good. A full faire room would be a total rip-off though. Rooms are old but fairly clean. Bathroom is very good. Internet is very fast but super expensive (20,000 korean won/day). Breakfast is also super expensive. Service is good but a little arrogant. Location is quite good for business people. Actually this is one reason why I stay at this hotel but not at other hotels that are better quality haeundae (beach side) Restaurants are quite old and feel old. Food is OK. Gym is very good though. I recommend this hotel only for people traveling for business. If you want to have a good time, there are much better (more expensive also...) hotels in haeundae beach."

"The location is very convenient, with subway station, Lotte Department store, duty free shop and underground shopping center nearby and you can easily find good restaurants around that area. Only the decoration inside is a little old and the size of triple bed room is a little bit too small for a five star hotel. Others are good enough."

"perfect location in central Busan close to subway station Seomyeon (lines 1 and 2) and connected to Lotte department store; endless bars, restaurants, clubs in close proximity; circa 30 minutes with subway to Haeundae and circa 20 minutes to Nampo-dong/ Jungang-dong; easy to be reached via bus from Gimhae airport; for summer/ beach tourism staying close to seaside is a better option;"

"We spent 4 nights (24 - 27 Dec) at the hotel. Location is super with easy access to the subway. Room is spacious for three (myself, husband and son of 7 years old) of us. The buffet is of international standard which is important to those who can't take hot and spicy food. Though it seems to be a bit old, it is still a good hotel which I will recommend to my friends. The only drawback is the English standard. I expect staff can speak at least resonable English but the truth is not all of them can. "

"The location of the Lotte Hotel at Busan is excellent as one can access the metro railway without ever needing to cross roads and it is only a short distance from the KTX railway system. We enjoyed our 28th floor room which provided a panorama view over much of Busan. The windows spanned across the room to provide this lovely view and they were cleaned outside while we were there. We didn't make use of the hotel's dining facilities as we wanted to experience more traditional eating venues. The room was meticulously serviced. There is an excellent pool which is free to residents from 6.30 am to 10 am. Guests need to bring a swimming cap if they want to use the pool. We would strongly recommend this hotel to other guests. "The deal we got thru AsiaRooms was exceptional, this was a full 5* hotel with access direct to the main subway station and huge dept store. The side entrance gave immediate access to the shopping, restaurant and entertainment district. The staff went out of their way to assist with taxi directions and other accomodation when we wanted to stay in Busan longer. They couldn't give a better deal than AsiaRooms!but helped us get a cheaper hotel closeby, exceptional service! We could wheel our luggage the whole way from Incheon airport, express train, Seoul subway, bullet train (300kph), Busan subway to Seomyeon station to Lotte lobby!! If you are in Busan, stay at this hotel, anything less will detract from what Busan is! "

"My best friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was very nice. They had an oversale, so we were upgraded from the standard room to the corner suite on a top floor. It was great. The rooom was very big. It was pretty clean except for the corners. It had small bits and pieces here and there, but it was okay. We had a nice flat LCD t.v. from LG, of course, since this is Korea. What I didn't like was that the toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided, but we could buy it from the hotel. They were not too overpriced at all compared to the convenience stores outside. We had a fantastic view of the city and the mountain. The people there were very friendly. So, I must say the hotel is pretty good, overall. We would definitely stay here again and we really enjoyed Busan. Very good job. By the way, they do have the Lucky Seven Casion right on the second floor. That was very interesting. Also, it is very close to a subway and of course, Lotte Department store is right next to it. There is also a duty free shop on the 8th floor, but anything purchased must be picked up at Incheon International Airport, which makes it inconvenient. Once again, it was a good hotel, overall. We would love to see Busan soon again and would not mind at all to stay here."

"Centrally located luxury hotel in Busan. Very reasonable room rates but extras were quite expensive e.g. coffee in lobby longe. Very large lobby with lots of people around, mainly business types. Food excellent, as was the service. A real tiger can be see through a large glass window in the breakfast room - very impressive! Beautiful views from top floors of the hotel. "
