"Unfortunately I had no hot water in the shower. I couldn't find the light switches until the next morning when I didn't need them. The bed was comfortable. The staff tried to be helpful but they ended up having problems with the credit card charges (should not have had a 2nd charge) so I ended up standing at the desk longer than I should have. Although I have said I probably will not stay here again, I might try it to see if anything has improved."
