I stayed in the Annex section which is not as glamourous as the new section. However, the Annex section is much nicer than when the hotel was called the Park Hotel. The room are clean, the carpet was new, and the room definetly upgraded from before. The front desk in the Annex was very helpful.

| "I went for my anniversary with my girlfriend, we were immediately unhappy with the room. The floors were FILTHY, the room was extremely small and there were very poor amentities for a hotel that charges close to 200 US dollars per night. On top of that, we were unable to eat at the restaurant that we wanted AND they wanted to charge us 9 dollars each to use the swimming pool AND 9 dollars each for the showers before/after the pool. Needless to say we didn't go swimming. They refused to give us any kind of refund after 30 minutes of us checking in because we wanted to leave. We ended up leaving the hotel after about an hour, paying 180 US dollars for an hour of a horrible hotel (that looks good in the lobby and outside). We went to a hotel in downtown Daegu for 60 dollars and it was 10 times better. I've told everybody I know not to go to this hotel and I hope they take care of their customers better in the future." |

| "The hotel was terrible and service was horrible. They stuck me in a poor room and part of the hotel. The bathtub and towels had someone elses hair. The carpet was stained. It was so bad that I had to check out a day earlier because I just couldnt take it. The hotel reminds me a 3 star look with a 1 star service. I will never book this hotel again. " |
