| "The biggest problem for any non-Korean speaking person is communication. When I arrived the receptionists struggled to find any record of my booking. The lighting, TV, and radio system are all controlled from a panel by the bed, but it would have been helpful to know that by means of an info book in the room. The business centre is full of kids playing games on the computers all day and all night, so if you are staying there for business be warned. The staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful but it was very frustrating not being able to get any information at all from anybody. If you leave the hotel and want to get a taxi back whatever you do make sure you have the name and address in Korean otherwise virtually impossible to get a taxi even if you have a map to show them!!!" |
