| "This hotel was very disapointing. We stayed there in may 2008.The location to the bus station is good but there is nothing around the bus station. The town, for markets, restaurants etc is a 20 to 25 minute walk. Taxis are cheap maybe $3 Aust to downtown
The hotel has seen better days. It is tired looking, particularly the bathroom.
our room was not as clean as you would expect, we found cobwebs on walls that had obviously been there a while.
Reception staff were helpful but having stayed in other South Korean and Japanese hotels on this particular trip, this hotels standard we rate as extremely poor, overpriced and would not reccommend it to anyone" |

| "The first 2 rooms which we were given were dirty and the Information Folder was covered with dust. The stairway leading to the rooms was dark and the carpet was badly stained. Subsequently, we asked for a change of rooms to those which had two single beds. We had to top up with 7,000 Wons per room per night - so the upgrade cost us an additional 28,000 Wons. On the whole, I think the hotel is in great need of refurbishment and a new coat of paint and carpets.
One major consolation is that the hotel is situated within walking distance to the Gyeongju Intercity Bus Terminal. There is free Internet access in some rooms too." |

| "Was disappointed that the computer in the room didn't work, but the one in the reception was fine. Staff speaks very little English, but friendly and helpful. Perfect location. Would stay here again." |

| "The staff were very nice, although my lack of Korean language skills made communication challenging some of the time. The room was nice and clean, if unpretentious. The coffeeshop was fine, and the location, very near the local and the long distance bus stations, could not have been better. The in-room internet network connection was not working at the time- so the lobby unit was the only access available. This is something that probably was only temporary. There is no elevator. Nonetheless, a very good place to stay for travelers on a budget." |

| "They need an elevator. The floor under the beds was filthy. The service and location, however, were wonderful. " |

| "PC with Internet Access in each room + the location next to Tourist Information, Local and Express Bus terminals are the most advantage." |

| "Location is great for public transport and walking around Gyeongju. The room was clean and not a bad size. People with mobility issues need to be aware that there is no elevator. A couple of bakeries next door make a nice option for breakfast." |
