| "I am totally impressed with the hotel service, especially with the front desk personnel. Though English is not much spoken by the local people and the hotel staffs, the front desk personnel was very helpful and patient to explain places to visit in Jeju. One incident was that me and my wife wanted to try the Dombae pork but we could not speak or read korean language and so we approached the front desk for assistance. The service provided was first-class where the personnel called up the restaurant to make a reservation on behalf of us. It was an award-winning restaurant with reasonably priced menu. I had the most enjoyable stay in Jeju at the Jeju Grand Hotel.
Rooms are very clean with much amenities. However, hot water and utensils would only be provided by calling up the room service department in the hotel so as to maintain cleaniness.
Double rooms are only at the 5th floor (all smoking rooms) in which the view are limited.
Shopping is no problem as there are 2 big marts at walking distance with cinema and restaurants.
Overall I would recommend this hotel to honeymooners, families and business people who seek quality yet value for money hotel." |
