"We had a pleasaant stay at the Hotel. Because of language barriers, It would have been nice to have had the opportunity to eat at a restaurant inside of the hotel. There are announcements that you have a restaurant for traditional food and western style food but it was not available or open for business. I had to find a place to eat using my limited Korean language ability and many times walked far and found nothing. The staff treated us very well. "

"Location is quite good, it is quite near the airport. However, no city centre was near the hotel. American breakfast was a bit dissapointing. Personally, I eat quite a lot but the breakfast provided was quite less. Anyway, a good stay at a nice island!"

"Location is convenient. Room is okay size. Good for traveling on budget. Noisy. Bathroom does not have proper shower but a hand held unit that must be held at all times for showering purposes, inconvenient. Missing showering curtains. If on a budget, this will do as hotels on Cheju Island is expensive. Lots of eatery near by and transit also. Lots of shopping nearby. Overall, Service is good."

"The staff on reception were not very friendly. I know they cannot speak English (despite the hotel having an English name) but they could have at least smiled and said hello to us in Korean when we walked through the reception. The air-conditioning unit leaked on my bed and I thought the woman who cleaned the room would have reported it but she just made the bed up wet."
