Would I stay at this location
again:

Probably not
The hotel is poorly maintained although it was once rated a four-star hotel. Its carpet, window panes and the bathtub are all stained. The hotel definitely needs a complete overhaul... Part of the corridor lights were spoilt and the place looked a little errir.. Good things are the hotel is strategically located, it's fairly convenient to get there by airport limousine. The bed mattress is comfortable... Staff are generally friendly and helpful..But for the price once pay, it is ok for budget conscious travellers. My suggestion is that if you wish to stay in this hotel for its convenience, you may book for one nite first, and see if you like it, otherwise, there are many more hotels nearby which are probably around the same price range and maybe better. Hunt around before you decide to extend your stay.

"Overall, the hotel was in major need of an overhaul. The hallways were quite run down, the carpets really showed their age(as in you wouldn't want to touch them), the furniture was all mismatched, the elevator was ancient, etc... The worst thing of all was the air conditioning. If you've ever been in Korea in the summer, it is very hot. The air conditioning system was centrally controlled by the front desk. Not only was it set very low but it was also turned off in the middle of the night. We were constantly sweating in our room and had a very hard time sleeping. They did provide us with a fan, however, it was broken and had wires hanging off of it. Location was ok, it was near several main attrations, however, you won't find many western restaurants in that area. They did provide us with a free breakfast voucher. We chose this hotel because it offered one of the lower prices for Jeju on this website. However, upon arriving in Jeju, we found lots of other lower end hotels (some of which were "love hotels") that offered great accomodation, great location and great service. If you are the backpacker type and like run down hostels, this would be ok, otherwise, look for money saving deals elsewhere. "

"The location of the hotel was generally good. It has a nice view overlooking the sea and its located near to one of the 3 famous waterfalls. However, the diffusers in the bathroom could do with a bit of cleaning up. Water is provided at the lift lobby, which is nice. The hotel staff are also friendly. However, it would be good if the hotel could have a facility room complete with computers for internet usage by the hotel guests. Overall, it was a generally comfortable stay. "

"The building is old and shabby, a renovation is overdue. I stayed at a room with a nice view to the sea and the tv had many channels. The air con did not work well but got a fan instead. This place is for budget travelers with low expectations adequate and for the rates just fair."

"This hotel was probably a very nice hotel when it was in it's prime, which must have been several years ago. The rooms were kept nicely clean, but the carpets in the rooms and hallways were all stained and all of the furniture was old. The lamps in the rooms all had burnt out light bulbs and the phone in my room was not connected. Although our room had air-conditioning, it was on a central system for the whole building and it was turned on only upon request and it was turned off around 2:00am every night. Needless to say, the room was uncomfortably hot. There was also an entire soccer team of middle-school and high-school boys staying at the hotel who were very disrespectful and who had the run of the whole hotel. The hotel staff, however, were very accomodating and helped us with our every request. They were prompt to order meals delivered to our room for us and they gave us good advice about where to shop and eat. We paid 60,000 won, about $60 for the room from this website. There are several other hotels in the area, slightly closer to the pier for $50-60/night that are brand-newly built, clean, and even come with free internet in the room. I recommend staying in one of those hotels instead. "
