No way!

Five star hotel- NO WAY! I received a room that had an old and beat up bed (extra bed) that had wheels on the back as the hotel so proudly offered to accomdate my two young children. It looked like something that is perhaps used in a hospital in a third world country. I ended up not using the bed at all-it was just so old and dirty. The hotel needs MAJOR remodeling. The lobby looked okay, however other parts of the hotel had old, stained & torned at edges wallpapers and wood moldings were in awful conditions. The worst part was what I found in the room that I stayed in. The carpet was so dirty with so many untreated spots on the carpet that I forced myself not to even look at the floor while I was in inside the room. The furnitures and fridge were so old..... I was so embarrassed that I booked the same hotel for my in-laws as well. I couldn't wait until we checked out... Will never stay at this hotel!!!

"We received helpful and courteous service by hotel staff. Room is clean and comfortable. No adverse comments on hotel facilities, which my wife and I found to be above average. Location is convenient to restaurants and airport. Some tourist attractions are nearby. "
