| "An interesting hotel, shaped in a triangle. Upon arrival, the front desk assigned us into a smallish room that needed renovation work (e.g. paint peeling off walls). We indicated this would not be acceptable, and were placed into a larger room with a balcony -- a room which we were very happy with. Anyone booking through a website should realize that, although a lower room cost is achieved, you are assigned into a 'special' class of rooms, which generally means the lower end of the quality chain. A very nice property, with a luxury feel to it. An improvement that could be made is providing English capability at the front registration desk." |

| "The Pacific is located in a good area, convenient to airport and within walliking distance of the downtown area of Jeju, restaurants and the waterfront.
The room was large - especially for the price. We had a good view from the room. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
It was a god experieince." |
