Its a very clean and nice hotel not far from the airport.Location is not the best,but close to the sea and convenient for shopping.
The staff speaks good english,is very helpful and friendly. One thing I was shocked about is when a girl from the hotel tried hard to take my trunk out of/in the taxi, she just couldnt do it. I wonder why they cant have a man do this job.
I forgot keys from my house in the room when I moved out,noticed it 3 or 4 days after that,when I were in Seoul.I called them, asked if they found it,they did...to my gread joy, and they sent it to the hotel Istayed in Seoul.So I am definitely recommending this hotel for absent minded guys like me.

| "The best thing about Ramada is the conceige help on the recommendations of travelling within Jeju island.
Through Ramada, we've got a really good car rental driver (Mr Won) who spoke good English and really helpful and thoughtful and making this an excellent and enjoyable trip!" |

| "Overall good! Hotel staff can beef up on their english though. Concierge services is more friendly and well verse in English. Do note that in Korea, they do not provide toothpaste, so please be prepared. Location is very near to the airport but further away from the sights so transportation cost maybe higher when travelling to sights. " |

| "We stayed during the month of April. The hotel is in a great location in the middle of shopping area. Right on the ocean. Service was real good. The staff was very friendly, remembered us and spoke good English. Food was a little pricey but good. A lot of inexpensive restuarants close to the hotel. Definitely worth the stay." |
