There are a couple of things about this hotel that potential travelers should know.
First of all, despite what the website says, this beach is nowhere near the beach. My definition of a beach is sand, water, and swimming. This hotel is right on the water, but there is no beach. We were quite disappointed about this. The hotel, however, does have a shuttle bus available to take you to one of the most beautiful beaches in Jeju. Hamdeok beach is gorgeous, and Ramada has a tent set up on a rather secluded area of a beach. Make sure you book with the concierge, the hotel doesn't really advertise this shuttle service to their guests.
Secondly, almost all the facilities at this hotel are pay per use. I've never had to pay for a hotel pool, so I was quite shocked to shell out $20 for my girlfriend an I. The pool itself is beautiful, but it is packed with kids. The pool is used for swimming lessons for the locals. Also, make sure you pack a swimming cap. Internet access is pay per use as well at a steep price.
The room was amazing, absolutely top notch. They do not give you many toiletries, so make sure you pack them. You can buy toiletries from the room, but just walk to the E-Mart down the street and pay a third the price.
We ate at the buffet twice, and both times were fantastic. It is a little pricey, but they give you a 20% discount for staying at the hotel and the food is great.
We were very disappointed that this hotel is advertised as on the beach, but most of the hotels on the beaches of Jeju were not as nice.

| "The hotel is perfect if you get a good deal. The surrounding neighborhood is pretty dead and there is no access to the sea. Be aware that the pool, gym and everything else is at a charge and you can only enter once. If you want to go back, you pay again. Service is disappointing for a hotel of this class. " |

| "The best thing about Ramada is the conceige help on the recommendations of travelling within Jeju island.
Through Ramada, we've got a really good car rental driver (Mr Won) who spoke good English and really helpful and thoughtful and making this an excellent and enjoyable trip!" |
